Background

“Strange events—men in women’s locker rooms that are welcomed by the corporation, and the people have to fend for themselves, and I suspect a lot of them are migrating with their feet too because they’re going to go find another place where there’s a little bit less exposure, shall we say. Hehehe” - Scott Bradley, Mar. 22, 2024

“So we currently have a vice president that is serving that does not qualify under the terms and conditions in the Constitution.” - Scott Bradley, Aug. 9, 2024

Ideology

Scott Bradley holds a very conservative, originalist view of the Constitution, though notably, he does not support the push to hold an Article V Convention of the States. He has a very strict interpretation of the Congressional spending power, believing that any redistribution of wealth, even to sending money to other nations, is unconstitutional.

He does not support Donald Trump for president. He has made multiple videos explaining his belief that Kamala Harris is not constitutionally eligible to be president of the United States because she is not a “natural-born citizen” under its “original” meaning, which he bases off of the book, The Law of Nations.

Tactics

Bradley used to host a weekly radio talk show but has moved to producing online videos in a weekly webinar. He has over 100 videos on BITCHUTE where he answers questions from viewers of his weekly webinar, ranging from addressing current politics to the collapse of the Key Gate Bridge. One video had close to 3,000 views, but most range from only a few dozen views to a few hundred views.

Utah Connections

Scott Bradley ran for U.S. Senate from Utah as a member of the Constitution Party in 2010. During the general election, he received 35,937 votes statewide, or 5.67% of the vote. When he ran for the same office in 2006, he received 21,526 votes statewide, or 3.70% of the vote. Although he has served previously on the leadership of the Utah GOP, he is not currently a member of the Cache County Republican Party or the State Central Committee.
